Minimum Age: Our hotel is for all ages.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking.
In case of smoking in the room, a penalty of $100 USD will be charged.
Cancellation: If cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged.* If cancelled within 14 days of the reservation, the complete stay will be charged and is non-refundable.
In case of no-show or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged. *This policy does not apply to the cancellation of reservations within the months of December, January and March. In these scenarios a 25% non-refundable deposit will be retained, due to the high season demand.
Accepted Forms of Payment & Card Authorization: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and bank transfers for your reservation. Please be aware that your credit card will be charged for the full reservation amount at the time the cancelation period expires (two weeks prior to your arrival date). Upon arrival, a valid ID and credit card (the same used to book) is required for verification.
Occupancy: Each room accommodates single or double occupancy.
Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss they cause to the property. Guests will be charged for applicable cleaning or replacement fees in the case of irreparable damage.
Room Subletting: All guests must be registered with the front desk. Only authorized guests may occupy guest rooms. Rooms may not be occupied by non-registered guests without prior management approval.
We reserve the right to deny entry to any individuals who refuse to respect the hotel policies.
